Tonys and new projects!

Hey you guys!

I wanted to share an update on what I made on twitch.

Please note that I am also working on my studio and will share updates on that in the future as well. I have not forgotten about your interest there. Thank you for it.

Starting with my yoga sculpture.

I haven’t set on a name for it but may name it freda Merlo or I may separate them so it’s just freda or Merlo. Either will be a combination of great Frida Kahlo who was a painter and the amazing Freddie Mercury who was a singer, etc.

They were both openly bi-sexual.

To be bi-sexual is a challenge because people often either assume that you’re gay or assume that your straight. I feel as if those who are trans probably understand us a bit more but even they can’t understand us 100%. We feel perfectly fine in our bodies, etc. so it’s HUGELY confusing at times.

People will sometimes assume that they know your feelings better than you do. Love is love though, only YOU truly know what you feel. Don’t allow anyone to convince you otherwise.

Moving on, this name would also be making it both female and male.

Here’s a collage that I made showing some of the work that I’ve done.

I’m hoping to get more blue paint soon to finish it.

What can I say? I LOVE blue paint so much I used it up! Time for more!

I can’t say that I made it’s eyes perfect but I figure that makes it unique.

I have met some really nice people there and reunited with some who I hadn’t seen in years. If you’re reading this, thank you for the smiles. You warm my heart and fill it with joy.

Although it’s hard to be an artist, especially when many are prone to be supportive of

mainly 9 to 5 jobs, I never was one to follow the crowd.

I hope that those who only think 9 to 5 jobs can pay the bills, etc. watched the Tonys last night. Those there are living proof that there are more than 9 to 5 jobs and NOT to give up on your dreams.

I have to say CONGRATULATIONS to those who won a Tony last night. Although, I’m not active in theatre at the moment, I absolutely LOVE it and it will be in my heart always.

Once a theatre nerd, always a theatre nerd and proud of it baby! One thing that I have to note is that during the opening of the Tonys Daniel Radcliffe was mentioned. He long ago out grew the costume mentioned. That whole cast grew from small shining stars to bright beautiful larger shining stars. I am very proud of them. She must have meant Harry Potter because that was the character he played. Other than that one small mistake, I think Cynthia Erivo did wonderfully! She’s amazing, stunning and has one heck of a voice! To top it all off, she’s British!

Everyone at the Tonys did a wonderful job. I love that those at the Tonys remembered Charles Strouse, etc. I admit that part had me crying like a baby.

THANK YOU for standing up for Trans. with so much going on today the world needs it. It’s hard enough just being bi but to be Trans is much harder. We need to support eachother and it’s beautiful to see that.

Thanks for mentioning theatres that are NOT on Broadway too. I’m guessing that those on Broadway today didn’t grow up there. They had to start somewhere. Every theatre matters.

I’d help with building sets, etc. in a heartbeat!

Right now though, I hope to be streaming more in the future! I love the idea of writing as well. Here’s my other collage to show you all more of what I’m working on.

I DO want to create a digital puppet of myself to add into the tv on my stream.

The hat is made from a sketch of mine and is in memory of Bob Fosse.

The marijuana leaf was painted on a pumpkin years ago to stand up for medical marijuana. I digitally cut it out and added an animation feature to make it pop.

The puppet is in the works and who knows when it will be shown. We shall see….
