Blog

This blog tells about the updates Angela makes.

It features her art but talks a bit about others, etc. as well. This does not happen in every post!

Angela is not shy in speaking up about others who have inspired her, etc.

This blog is to help create awareness of LGBTQ rights, etc. but first speaks up for Women in the arts.

However please note that if you have any political issues, etc. contact those in charge of them. This blog is mainly about art.

Thank you for understanding and Namaste

Thanksgiving!

Hey people!

I hope that you had a wonderful weekend and have a great Thanksgiving week. :)

As usual, I have been having a smoothie each day. :) I took this photo and made a fun collage with it to share!

Leave a comment and let me know what you think of it!

I changed my smoothies a bit to fit my diet but kept some frozen fruits in it.

Why?

As many know I was a member of the Conquer Club and have been following Natalie MacNeil ever since.

In one of her videos she speaks with Jim Kwik who gives some awesome advice and speaks about how the cold helps with inflammation.

Cold drinks go through my body working on every area of it.

I can actually feel the cold moving through me! I absolutely love it.

If it helps with inflammation, I’m going to keep doing it.

I may not be a huge fan of the cold but something tells me that my body will thank me.

That being so thanks Natalie and Jim!!

Some take cold showers in the morning and ice baths, etc. I may try that one day but today would not be that day. One small step at a time.

I also wanted to share some great news!

I got a notebook to organise my notes for The Copy Cure!

I talk about it alot but for those who do not know The Copy Cure is a writing course taught by Marie Forleo and Laura Belgray.

I made a collage to share with you all showing my new notebook! I got super excited when it arrived!

I just love the fact that I can take notes easier now and keep track of everything that is taught.

Some of the things that I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving are all of the wonderful things that we can learn today due to the great people who have taught so many over the years and those who teach today as well!

I made another recording that I’d like to share talking about just that.

You will find it at the end of this post.

Questions,comments, suggestions?

Here is the recording that I made to share!

Namaste,

Angela
