A new week!!!

Hey peoples!

I can’t believe that it’s the 8th already! Time really seems to be flying by! As some of you know I’ve been having smoothies daily. They give me energy and YUM!

Don’t know how to eat healthy or fix a smoothie!? I highly suggest Kris Carr’s book  Crazysexyjuice! It will teach you all that you need to know.

Smoothies and healthy eating will help give you energy.

Here is a collage I made of some smoothies from Kris Carr’s Crazysexyjuice.


This is one that I made on my own.

2 Silk yogurts
1 Orange (peeled)
2 Medjool dates
2 Cups almond milk
1tsp Flaxseeds

Yum! I love my smoothies.

As many of you know I’ve done this FOREVER! Someone inspires me and I create a work to dedicate it to them, etc. I’ve always been like that.

That’s basically what others do when they make portraits, etc. I’ve done that as well, but tend to stick to the abstract side right now. As nobody can complain about their nose being to big, etc. in abstracts.

      Thank you so much Claire! I’m loving my smoothies. They give me energy and help throughout the day. When possible, I have a extra one during the day. They really are great medication. I still like your video about how moving can help as well though. It’s great and that’s so true!

    What a great way to share your work! Love the channel! … On smoothies – since I started drinking a green one several times I week, I typically do not get sick.. There was a time when I had pneumonia 3 years in a row.. after that I fought back with fresh green juice! (anything green – fruit and veg).

    I do not mind the nose being big and I do love to see you doing the portraits. The raspberry delight looks so delicious and I also love to drink a freshly-made smoothie in the morning. It gives us so much energy for the rest of the day. Congrats on being on TV! I will watch your channel today if I have time. Being in front of a huge crowd can be frightening and that is how we overcome our anxiety and grow stronger. Keep up the good work!

I’m loving my smoothies but there are no words that can describe when I touch others like that. 🙂 I truly wish that I could say that I will keep them coming nomatter what.
