Blog

This blog tells about the updates Angela makes.

It features her art but talks a bit about others, etc. as well. This does not happen in every post!

Angela is not shy in speaking up about others who have inspired her, etc.

This blog is to help create awareness of LGBTQ rights, etc. but first speaks up for Women in the arts.

However please note that if you have any political issues, etc. contact those in charge of them. This blog is mainly about art.

Thank you for understanding and Namaste

Happy Halloween!

Hey everyone!

I can’t believe it’s HALLOWEEN!!!

Can you?!

One Holiday after another and it all starts with Halloween.

I have to admit that is why I love this time of year.

Time sure does fly, doesn’t it?

I don’t know about you but it didn’t seem that way at all when I was younger.

It seemed as if the days were much longer and time didn’t seem to go by fast enough.

Times certainly do change!!!

Anyone who’s younger please keep your joy!

It’ll help you through life and the world needs it.

Be ready for that time change too though because it’ll hit ya when you’re not looking.

You’ll think it won’t but it will!

Speaking of times changing when I was younger I would have NEVER EVER tried a smoothie.

I wouldn’t meditate or do yoga unless it were for a show that is.

Today,

I have yet another new smoothie to share!

This one was really sweet too and although it’s hard to get anything too sweet for me this was very very close.

  • 6 Medjool dates (Pitted)

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 2 Ningxia Reds

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup Almond milk.

I also made a few works of people that I know!

I started by adding on eyes.

If you’ve been reading this, you probably know how much I love eyes! If you didn’t know, now ya do!

I also turned some people into zombies for Halloween!!!

I’m not what you would call a portrait artist and do realize that alot of people take offence to drawings because either their nose was too big, etc. etc.

It’s funny to me that those people often don’t think about the fact that those who draw are not cameras but such is life.

There are so many who are kind and grateful that it really doesn’t matter.

Anyway, here they are!

To read about each one individually and support their art check out my Instagram page at:

https://www.instagram.com/angelasartarea/

They are each wonderful artists and I’m sure they would appreciate your support.

I know that I appreciate anyone who supports the arts.

Lastly, I have a collage of some digital works to

support Stacey Abrams,

Raphael Warnock,

Wade Herring

and Jon Ossoff!!!

You can read more about them by going to their sites!

Stacey Abrams: https://staceyabrams.com/

Raphael Warnock: https://www.warnock.senate.gov/

Wade Herring: https://www.wadeherringforcongress.com/

Jon Ossoff: https://www.ossoff.senate.gov/

Contact them about any political issues and let your voices be heard because YOU MATTER!!!

Don’t ignore injustice because as the great Martin Luther King said injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Fear can paralyze a community and get people to become silent about the things that matter most.

Do not let others drag fear into your heart. Do not stay silent!

As said in Stephen King’s The Stand, Make your STAND!

To learn how to register to vote in the state of Georgia, and to learn how you can cast your vote go to:

This world will be better if people work together to help each other before more problems occur.

Huge thanks to KVADPhoto+PRO2 and Paint 3D for providing such wonderful options!

I have to suggest them to any artist!

Until next time!/Jusqu’à la prochaine fois!

Namaste,

Angela
